Short form video reach has been outstanding for bringing new users to the St. Anne’s account. 
Being able to hop on trends in a brand appropriate way, engages current uses and increases organic shares. I’ve seen a huge increase in engaged followers since prioritizing short form video across Instagram Reels for St. Anne’s.
With dwindling engagement on Facebook I knew we needed to try something new to reengage our audience. Diving deep into who is following and the content they like to interact with, I landed on promoting stories and individual highlights. We saw a large bump in engagement as we shared more personal, honest, and sometimes vulnerable stories.
